In Science in the Autumn term, Year 6 learn about classifying organisms into different groups and all about electricity!

Art

This half term we are learning about digital art, we will begin by looking at photomontage, a way of creating a composition using existing images and collage. We will then look at creating cityscapes in a similar way then finally move on to creating a final piece in the form of a portrait inspired by photography. 

P.E

In P.E, we have been learning all about Gymnastics. We started by learning key gymastics shapes including, tuck, star, straight, straddle and pike. We then developed our landing position to land safely and with control. We're now working towards using these shapes on different apparatus including floor work, vault work and beam.
