Year 3/4 Boys’ Football Champions!

A huge well done to our Year 3/4 boys’ football team, who represented Lowercroft brilliantly at this week’s local tournament.

Competing against 13 schools, the team showed outstanding teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day. After progressing through the group stages, they faced Tottington Primary School in the semi-final, securing a confident 2–0 victory.

In the final against Bury Grammar School, the match ended 1–1 after extra time, leading to a tense penalty shootout. With a fantastic save from George, Lowercroft triumphed 3–2 to be crowned tournament champions!

We are so proud of the team’s effort and attitude.  What a brilliant achievement and a day to remember!
